A number of our athletes have asked for yoga sessions during the off-season. Lori Hart has been relaxing and stretching MHS Athletic teams for years. Ten 45-minute yoga sessions will be held in the Dance Room at MHS following our team weightlifting. The session times are 4:30~5:15 and 5:30~6:15.
Blocks and Props will be cleaned thoroughly between and after yoga sessions.
Program is limited to a maximum of 30 athletes (15 per session). Senior leadership will designate athlete session times. Once session times are made, there will be no switching to other sessions to accommodate conflicts.
Athletes must bring their own Yoga mat. Lori will provide Yoga blocks. If you have your own Yoga block, then bring it your own use.
